Open source ERP software

Does anybody know any good ERP software?

I have the following requirements:
- To be open source/free (or at low price)
- Web based or with web interface (preferable in PHP)
- Able to handle warehouse, orders, sales and customers (anything else is optional)

Please propose me software you already have experience with, not what you find in google.

And a question: If there was such a component (free) for Elxis CMS would you use it?

In the past I focused my interest in some ERP for my ex company:

Gestionale Open 
Invoicex
MosaicoX
OpenERP,
Opensuite ERP
Phasis

Many of them are or was open source GPL based.

For some time I used Gestionale Open in the begin and Invoicex after and I was so happy with. it's Java based !!
