Contact form elxis 4.4

I have this weird problem with contact form.

In the field where the visitor is supposed to write his email if the email is website email ( info@mywebsite.com )the email is sent.
If he put his mail, no mail is sent.

My settings are correct, i use smtp, and if a user make an order with openshop, or i sent a newsletter, or the button tell a friend is pressed the email is sent correctly without problems.

I have even check the permissions and set them all Files: 644 , Folders: 755
and disable deffender to check..

Still the same.

My error log shows Uncaught exception 'Swift_TransportException' with message 'Expected response code 250 but got code "553"

and from a litle search i found out that 553 means: The command was aborted because the mailbox name is invalid.

but all of my setting are correct and all others mail fuctions from site ( openshop, newsletter e.t.c.) works ok.

Swift mailer errors means that the mailer couldn't send the message because of mail account issues. There are many reasons why an email dispatch may fail beside the obvious wrong smtp settings. Maybe the problem is when you send to a specific email address or from a specific email address. Make sure your email settings are correct by using the "check email settings" link in Elxis configuration. If these are correct check the contact plugin integration. Where do you send the contact email? Change the email address to see if it is related to the recipient of the email.
