Why not sending email for advice admin when user  send comment to confirm comment?

Elxis does send email notifications!
After posting a comment an email is send to all site admins. If the user that posted the comment is an admin then no email is send to him (why to notify him about something he did?). So, if you want to test the email notifications post as an other user!

If you don't receive the email then most probably your e-mail settings in Elxis configuration are wrong (we recommend the use of SMTP to send emails). Make sure Elxis is able to send emails. Use, the built-in email checker in configuration (Elxis 4.2+), or the contact form to make sure your Elxis is well configured and able to sends email properly.

i use the smtp seting and when send test mail is sending sucsfully but when user register or whrite comment not send for admin any mail. i check the setting

No, email notifications are fine. If you don't receive the email something else happens and it is not Elxis fault. If you wish you can send me a personal message with FTP and Elxis administration access details to check it.

So, as I told you, Elxis sends the emails properly. Your problem is that the emails are not delivered. This is not subject to Elxis or any of its extensions. Set proper SMTP details. Don't use gmail/hotmail as sender if this cause you troubles. I am going to take a look on your settings and reply back.

EDIT: just checked. You have set as default recipient your gmail account and for the admin user your hotmail account. These servers generates you the problem. If you switch to your local email @sawaedy.xxx as recipient I guess everything will work fine. I have nothing else to do, this problem is not because of Elxis or of any Elxis extension.

Yes because gmail rejects your server. I will write it once more: your problem has nothing to do with Elxis! Elxis contact plugin works excellent.
