Philoxenia install problem on new elxis Poseidon 4.1

I'm new to elxis and i tried to install the theme from backend i tried to go to: Extensions/templates then i clink on new and than there is Elxis Downloads Center
Browse available extensions live! but i did not found Philoxenia there so i tried the brows button bellow, i selected the zip file i downloaded from the page but after a while i got the message The XML file is not a valid Elxis extension XML!

What am i doing wrong

Philoxenia template is compatible with Elxis CMS 2009.x series instead of 4.x one. The available templates for Elxis CMS 4.x are located on https://www.elxis.net/edc/templates/.

ok thanks for the answer. i will try to install the 2009 version of the cms
