Some corrections in English language files

language module files contain phrases that are used in other language files. so the translation of one of the module file is not 100% translation module.

You have to translate the ru.php file. Elements of $_lang array is overlapped in some cases.
For example take a look at the $_lang['CATEGORIES'] element at ru.php. As it seems it hasn't translated yet!

It is very easy to find out where is a language string.
On each case you should check 2 files, the general one (en.php, ru.php, el.php, etc..) and the extension's language file.
The general configuration is on component cpanel, so check this: ru.com_cpanel.php (session exists, browser and http referrer are not translated).
In the second case "You are here" is in general en.php file but also in template delta language file: templates/delta/language/en.tpl_delta.php

Note: I removed language string YOU_ARE_HERE from template Delta in order not to confuse it with the main language's string with the same name.

if you created a template for a new site I think it was appropriate to think of ways such trifles

additional files for translation in the original package is no more, for the modules or components? (like for this template)

As I said I removed the double string from Delta's language files and left it only on general one.
On the newer Elxis version that will be released some day this will not be an issue any more.
