Bluestar admin template installation help

Hello,
I am new to Elxis CMS and want to install the Bluestar admin template. I need instruction on how to point it so that template can be Bluestar.

Welcome to Elxis Community 

In Administration panel follow the steps below

Site --- template manager -- install : Fetch list of available extensions  Blue Star (install)

And after  Site --- template manager --Administrator Templates  and make the template Default
