Setting up AkForms

Dear All

I installed AkForms , I defined 4 fields. but there is nothing in first page.
Please let me know if I should set up something else.

Where forms will be appear?

I don't know how I should add this statement and what is form CID. I don't see anything about akforms in Botmanager!!!
Could you please explain in detail?

Install the akforms bot and follow the instructions. Ask akforms developer for more.
