How do I disable all the payment gateways for my hoteliers and add my own credit card? I want to do this because I want guests to pay to my credit card instead of hotels' and then I will reimburse the money back to hoteliers the next month.

Just dont allow hoteliers to manage payment methods.

I have disabled all the payment gateways for hoteliers but when someone tried to book a room, it doesn't ask for payment now.

How do I configure a generic payment gateway for all hoteliers? I would like all reservations to pay to my own credit card instead of individual hotels. I can't find in my control panel.

No, you should not disable payments. Enable your desired payment for each hotel entering your own data in it.

Afterwards you must hide the payment options from the hoteliers when they manage their hotels.
To do so you need to do a small modification in the hotelier's control panel in IOS Reservations.
