If it is a site language selected it means that the content has been inserted into corresponding language. So what to auto translate?

I'm trying to translate some text in the div tag tha could be placed on the right column for example. Not main content or a content item.
Just a div with some text "Opening hours" for example.

A module cannot display an autonomous page  A custom module can display independent content - that has nothing to do with Autonomous pages
