Content's Order in all the page

How can i modify the order for content (articles) and IOSNoobSlide and all the other modules?

Actually i have IOSNoobslide and Search and only after the path home->pages with the article.

Order for content items can be specified from their menu item parameter tab each time. For example you have a menu named : Elxis and by clicking we can display content items relative to elxis.
Specifying the order of that menu item :
[Administrator area] Menu -> Menu Type [f.e] Main Menu -> Elxis [Menu Item] -> [Parameters at the right side] Order by.
In case that you want to change particular modules which they don't give you such a functionality then they need source code customizations according to your needs for each module.
