Filesystem Check vs Page Cloak [Solved]

Has anyone tried to set "Page Cloak" ON and after that, proceed to "Check filesystem" 

i get these warnings, but i did what is says and they still exist. And also renamed the file rename_to_index.php, but why is it an error? It's normal not to find it. Isn't it? 

Warning    administrator/index.php   File needs update
Error administrator/rename_to_index.php    File does not exist

Check filesystem is an MD5 list of the BASIC structure.

If you enable the page cloak you change the basic structure, so the warning & error is correct.
