I need some information about Elxis:

- Year the project started ?
- PHP version required?
- Database compatibility?

I have read an article about Elxis and it looks very nice. I have only one minor remark regarding this sentence:

The administration environment is available in English and Greek languages, out of the box.

Actually, there are 15 administration languages out of the box.
