How do I list sections within a category in a module?

Hello, I'm new to Elxis and I was wondering... How do I list sections within a category in a module? I just want to have a module with the category title at the top, and then a list of all contained sections listed as linked menu items that take you to the main page of the category which will list all content items within. Any ideas?

elxis content management have the  order below:
it is important ...  this hierarchy can't be broken.
sections>>categories>>items

i think all you need is:

1- a new menu published in the preferred position(top,bottom, user1..etc)
2-create link- items to menu...  to preferred section-blog or cat-blog or section-table....or.
3- choose or create the css  style of the menu (mod_yourmenu in modules page ) ->(if needed)
4- probably assign the menu(mod_yourmenu ) to pages. ->(if needed)

take a look to mod_sections in admin>>modules
publish it in a position you prefer and see
