Subscription based franchiseee directory website

Hi,

I have to make a website which will have a franchise directory. Companies offering this services will register on website with all their details. All their details should be available online BUT only the contact details "hidden".

Next :
Users interested will register and list their interests. Their details will also be visible online BUT only contact details will be hidden.

Subscriptions:
If companies subscribe we want them to see the user details interested in their line of business. Subscribed companies should not be able to see contact details of all website users.

If users subscribe they must be able to see details of companies. Not all companies only particular category of companies for which they have subscribed.

Banner advt : my customer also want to display advts. on the homepage and collect money from advertisers.
