i have an error in create new menu items

hi to all ,
i use a new server for installing ELXIS , there is a problem in creating an item menu ,
only the head of page displayed , it is like attached picture,

i test it on another server , but there isn't any problem ,
i don't know that where is problem ,
please help me , thanx

I've had some problems alike...
But, when I created menu links manually as URLs, everything was fine. I also see that you might have a problem with the amount of allowed server memory, so you might want to check what amount of memory allocation is needed for elxis to work properly (I can't remember).

I would also check read/write permissions...

1. Check your installation with the updiag tool.
2. Check the permissions of the folder & files.
3. Add more memory on the apache (more or less half the apache current memory), and keep an eye on the apache log at least for 1 month to check the performance of the memory.
