How to update rev 1876 to 1909

Make sure your database is up-to-date: Extensions > Check for updates

Download latest Elxis 4.5 from elxis.org and update these 2 folders:
modules/mod_adminmenu/
components/com_extmanager/

Then you should see the option Extensions > Check file-system

It seems my database has not updated yet, I got the fatal error message related to the database:

I can't find a link or button to update database at extensions > check updates.

Please help...

This is not Elxis fault. The error is from third party component ugalleries. Maybe that component is not compatible to newer Elxis versions or needs update.
