mosemailcloak messes with emails!

Hello everybody!
I have elxis2009.3 and I use Email Cloaking bot. It had been working fine, until one fine day, many emails had to be added to a page! These emails are similar and have a pattern like mitsos.kitsos@whatever.gr, then fitsos.mitsos.kitsos@whatever.gr, then sthelse.mitsos.kitsos@...
What happens is that as soon as the bot catches the first mitsos.kitsos, then it takes for granted that all the others that are sth.mitsos.kitsos are actually the same email, mitsos.kitsos! So it "discards" the first part with the first dot, adds a space and then the rest (that is mitsos.kitsos) is treated as email.
If I erase the first appearance of mitsos.kitsos, then all the others that are sth.mitsos.kitsos are treated fine from the bot, as different emails as they are, and work perfectly.
Have you encountered such behavior? And if yes, how did you solve it?

This bot works with "find and replace" on the whole text. A replacement might be applied on 1 or more emails and because there is a loop equal to the number of email addresses a secondary replacement might be applied on an email producing a result like the one you wrote. A solution would be to replace the "find and replace" method with more sofisticated code.
