IOSR Translation problem

Hello,

   I found that the translation for the Terms and Conditions ($row->terms) is not being translated according to the rest of the site.  If you change the site language everything works accordingly but the Terms and Conditions section.

   I checked that he hotel has the correct translations in their respective areas.

   Can anybody tell me what is wrong?  Is there a workaround this issue?
