..I tried to change permission of repo file etc - still can't access
work on ubuntu localhost...but. the same problem has with nautilus and poseidon too...my repo is in /opt/lampp/htdocs/examplerepo/

but couple minutes later was installed Icarus - admin panel works without any problems...so whats happened???

Disable defender, unban yourself, you don't need defender on localhost. Edit configuration.php and disable defender.
