Elxis 4.2 administration backend fails to login

Good morning,

I have problem with the Elxis 4.2, after the transfer from a subfolder of a subdomain to a .gr domain. I cannot login to backend (estia) and there is no error message, although the import fails. Also, I have read a lot of similar problems and solutions in forum (such the php script and the hash of 12345678, htaccess modification etc) without success.

You say that you can't access the back-end section you mean you cannot login to backend section or you cannot access even the login page?

If you don't even see the login page
What you see instead? The "page not found" page, site's front-page, something else? Any message you get?

If you can't login
Can you login in front-end section?

I have access to login page. But I cant login neither from backend nor from frontend. The difference becomes that in frontend I receive a message which says "Login failed with error message".

I believe the problem is not the login but the access to the inner.php pages.

Replace example.com with your domain in the URL below and tell me which page do you see, the users central, error 404 page not found, the site's frontpage, or something else?

http://www.example.com/inner.php/user/

Also make sure file "inner.php" exist in Elxis root folder.
