Regarding the redirection loop of chrome Thank you datahell but I Solved myself the problem, that was the solution for me:

Cause
The issue occurs when two different redirects are used:

• Some CMS engines have their own redirect system in an .htaccess file.
• Parallels Plesk Panel (Plesk) has a Preferred domain option, which adds a 301 redirect for the domain.
  If the preferred domain value in Plesk is set to "domain.tld" and CMS redirects all requests to "www.example.com", you will get a redirect loop.

Resolution

• If you have a CMS with its own redirect system, it is recommended that you set the Preferred domain option to "None".
• Cancel all cookies stored into your browser
