Did you know that
Elxis 5.x
uses HTML5, CSS3 and pure javascript without external libraries such as jQuery?

Blame
microsoft
.
Windows don't support
unicode locales
so dates are always in English.
In Elxis 4.x we solved this problem by creating a special date library that bypasses OS restrictions and even more provides better date formatting than standard PHP.
Similar issues exist on
32bit systems
with dates over
January 19, 2038
because
UNIX timestamp reaches its maximum value
and then resets back to 0 (
Y2038 problem in wikipedia
).
64bit systems don't have this problem.
