Error after implementing minimal template

I am using elxis first time, so right now i am trying it on localhost. I have installed Minimal template but after adding template i got the error and site is not opening. I am including the error message here:

Any one please guide me how to fix this error.

Minimal template doesn't cause such an issue to your database.

For sure it's not an error caused by the template!!

I don't think bonz4890 has even purchased the template. Most probably he tries to discredit the product or he want to install a template that it's not compatible with Elxis CMS.
