Invalid field FROM on e-mail

I set new site.

User registered on site and he and I receive wrong e-mail.

e-mail from -    =?UTF-8?B?0KHQvtGA0LXQstC90L7QstCw0L3QuNGPINC/0L4g0LTRgNC10YHRgdC40YDQ?=@......

I replace class.phpmailer.php to new version.
