standard cache is problem

Hi dear
I am use standard cache for elxis 2009.2
but i have problem use page sort in category ... all page show 1 list .
for example :
http://www.akairan.com/maghalat-persia/etlatoomoomi/?page=5
http://www.akairan.com/maghalat-persia/etlatoomoomi/?page=1
http://www.akairan.com/maghalat-persia/etlatoomoomi/?page=3
http://www.akairan.com/maghalat-persia/etlatoomoomi/?page=2

all page one show list ...

how solve this problem ?

NOTE : my website top hits , and not use static cache , when static cache is enable server is down .

i enabled standard cache when navigation not work .
Navigation is category

no , website is show one page for all navigation in category
latest cache page show all navigation in category ...

empty all contents in folder cache and retry

i have delete cache folder and emty cache , but not solve this problem
