new payment method but i need help please

I want to make a new payment method and i contact my bank and they give me the files in attachment and i tryed to integer it with IOSR but i couldn't any one can help me in integrating this payment method for The ( National Bank of Egypt )


And we can but it free for every one after that like Euro bank payment method

but please lets do it coz this will help me and help alot of ppl who use elxis
