I try some demo site...

I enter the demo site, and open site modules, there aren't "Latest News", "Latest Forum Posts" etc. such as shown elxis home page some moduls. I most interests are that. Because most of the users, visitors open the site first see what's new lately, lazy visitor no wan to click all links, catigories. So that are important, home page have to have "Latest News", "Latest Forum Posts" etc. And those automatically listing under those modules.
If user add those modules lately may be won't working automatically, and listing?

You must install and publish them.
Installing modules [administrator area] -> [top menu] Modules -> install / uninstall -> Download and install from Elxis Downloads Center -> [Click on] Fetch list of available extensions -> [select] the module -> [Click at the right icon ] Download and install.

Publishing modules [administrator area] -> [top menu] Modules -> site modules -> [Find] the module and -> publish it.!
Go to Parameter [Tab] if you wish to change the parameter of each module.

With the same process you can unpublish the modules that you don't like.

Yes. Not only modules but also components and bots.

As said, you can install the modules and components, through the admin area of your elxis installation. it's just one click. there's no need to download and install them.
