Hello all,

1st - When clicking on the pdf to produce the page in pdf format, is it possible to have it produce the name of the page rather than index2.pdf as the name for saving?

2nd - Is is possible to have a poll, that when the user clicks on a poll answer the user is displayed a particular page of content related to the question?
