bad links after instalation

after install elxis on a site, the link like:

index.php?option=com_contact&task=view&contact_id=1&Itemid=3

produced like:

component/option,com_contact/task,view/contact_id,1/Itemid,3/

How to fix this problem?

Disable SEF (mosConfig_sef = 0 )and remove SEF related commands from your .htaccess file.
