As in forums, is it possible to post an article in the Frontpage and make it Sticky?

In Elxis 2008 you can have in a blog view articles marked as
leading
which gives to the articles special format. Look at the published frontend screenshots for a sample. You can not do this in elxis 2006. Leading articles use a special css class named
blogleading
.

Yes, leading articles are first (thats why they named leading) and with special format.
