It is not wise to put there a large formatted date because the column space is short.

I use this string for my language release: DEFINE('_GEM_DATE_FORMLC', "%d-%m-%Y");. It's universal decision for all languages. What about first problem? With voice engine in registration module?

%d-%m-%Y will always (in any locale) display dates like this: 05-12-2006.
Nothing special as you only display digits! You don't need to use mosFormatDate to display dates like this. Of course you can do it, if you wish, but don't expect to see month names in Russian with this format.

mosFormatDate uses strftime PHP function to display days and months names in current locale. But in your translation of _GEM_DATE_FORMLC you just display digits! Read PHP manual for how to format a date to a current locale using strftime.

There is no bug/problem with the security images. Close the popup window, refresh the page and you will have a new security image and a new listening output. If the the sound repeat the old letters check your browser settings! If you are not sure what to do send me a link here to your Elxis site.

Problem with tables was problem of my language file. I correct it.

Russian date works properly with next string in elxis.php

$date=iconv("windows-1251","UTF-8",$date);

but english language date disappear.

Linux server no need in this string?

Why use iconv???
You must encode your files as utf-8!

Open a text file, write in Russian and save it as utf-8. Finish! Nothing more! It is so simple!

Example, the first string in frontend russian.php should be:

I don't understand why you ask things that no one said that are required by Elxis.
Elxis just needs a file encoded as utf-8. Then you will have Elxis in russian.

Some information about Elxis language:

- Everything must be encoded as utf-8.

- Loaded language is the value of the global variable $lang in frontend and $alang in backend.

- Language in both front-end and backend is controled by class ElxisLang.

- In frontend Elxis uses PHP constants for the language strings (this done mostly for compatibility with 3rd part modules, components etc).

- In backend object $adminLanguage controls the language strings.

- For XML files object $xmlLanguage controls language strings.

- Gemini files are files that contain constants available in both Elxis frontend and backend.

- Elxis sets 2 cookies to remember user's prefered language: elxis_lang and elxis_alang respectively for Elxis front-end and backend.

- Locale sets automatically regarding the loaded language.

- class eUTF (Elxis UTF) provides support for handling utf-8 encoded strings that are not supported by PHP by default. You call eUTF statically (ie eUTF::utf8_substr(....) ).

Voice registration refreshing don't work.

Voice registration works OK with FireFox.
Voice registration works OK with IE. If you have problems, it is because of local settings of your computer. I had the same problem in my computer, but I have seen it working in other computers using IE. I haven't investigated more, because it is a minor problem.
