Browser can't access to Elxis but tries to download index2.php as file, somtimes

Hi,
sometimes the reply of elxis cms is so slowly. Then  Firefox opens a box to download the file index2.php
See picture below. How can I troubleshoot this.

Does this happen only with german language? Can you test this? Switch to english and test it. Maybe some language files headers contains BOM characters. It has surely something to do with headers. Is your system configured to "always send the headers?". If this not happing it would be very helpful to give me your license ID to check your installation enviroment. Thanks.
