Update instructions

If you are an Elxis site owner login in Elxis administration panel. If you use an older version than 5.4 you will see a link to update your Elxis installation. Click it. Then on the new page click "Download Elxis" to begin the update process. The process is fully automatic and lasts just a few seconds.

An updated version of Elxis 5.4 Calypso just released with revision number 2517.

• Added support for secure SSL connection to the database by using an SSL certificate.
  Upload your CA certificate file (with pem, crt, cert or key extension) in folder includes/libraries/elxis/database/certificates/ before enabling SSL connection to the database.
• Added support for webp images
• The system used to determine the upload folder for articles images improved.
• Small other changes (like default thumbnails and medium images dimensions

An updated version of Elxis 5.4 Calypso was released with revision number 2524.
The new release has Romanian language support. Elxis is now fully translated into Romanian!
