exit from administration

  E403-Detected session by-pass attempt!

and when login in administration by click on the any item logout from administration

Try with an other browser and tell me if it does the same. Also check if you have other than the normal security/session settings.

I dont have enough information about the problem to give you instructions. What you mean by saying "i exit from administration"? Click logout? You browse normally and when you click logout you cant re-login? Write the exact Elxis version you have. Are you sure you have the standard settings for sessions? Have you checked the log file for errors? When this problem occurred? It was always like that? If not then what did you changed in site? Give more information please to understand the nature of the problem.

when log in administration and click at any icon, logout from administration and should log and repeat the process

when i used the HTTPS the problem occur and then back the setting to http but the problem not solved

Ooops, you said the magic word. HTTP and HTTPS versions of your site are totally 2 different sites regarding sessions and cookies. You must use HTTPS or HTTP, not both. Suggested: HTTPS.
