Is there a statistics component - maybe aStatPro that works with elxis??

Ok,

should have had a look at it first ... astatspro for Joomla seems to work straight up without having to change anything.

Are most Joomla components and mods compatible with elxis??

Some well written joomla components ARE compatible with elxis, but most of them are NOT, because joomla is NOT multilingual CMS! Always experimetnt on localhost first...
