Is there any way of allowing simple visitors, that is non-logged-in, non-registered users to post comments?

Guests are not allowed to post comments using Elxis commentary system. They must login as elxis users or as external users (via gmail, twitter, etc).
Even if you use Disqus (alternative to Elxis commentary system) they must also login with their account to disquss, or twitter, or facebook, etc.
