WG Twitter module has been already updated to ver. 1.1 on EDC here.

Change Log
ver1.1: Javascript library updated. Some bugs fixed.

Note: You don't need to do what i have described below. One major change solved the issue!

WG Twitter has been developed from scratch and renamed to 'Twitter'. The new version (1.2) of module is compatible with Elxis CMS 4.x.

Short Description
Twitter module will present to your website's visitors the latest tweets from a twitter account. Several appearance and features settings has been included to the module's parameters. Works only with the HTML5 doctype.

As it seems Twitter widget have changed - superseded the technology of the provided widget for one more time. I am going to keep this topic informed for any future update.
