Hi, I am locked out of a site, and updating the password via SQL is not working. Is it possible to switch on the password recovery facility via SQL?

It's ok. I figured out it's an option in the configuration.php

Can you please describe in details what did you do? When did you lock out of the website? For example: When you have
applied the latest update Elxis CMS 4.3 or something else happened.

yes, that's correct, I stayed logged in for the update process as instructed, and ensured the session would not expire. But even so, I just got a blank screen after the update. When I refreshed the page, it asked me to log in again and I couldn't because of the password issue. But it's all sorted now. Usually in this case, I would change the password via SQL but that does method does not seem to work anymore.
