cant access to admin

I installed elxis last version in my server.all is ok,but i cant login in my admin area.i deleted all and installed all again:the same problem.admin area with my username and pass impossible.can anyone help me?

Hello ofigustavo, check your htaccess setting for RewriteBase and set it to the directory or folder that it is installed.

- Can you login in frontend section?
- You can try to reset your password by clicking "I forgot my password".
- Try with a simpler password (avoid special characters like $%&*`).
- Never re-install Elxis, it doesn't fix the problem.

problem solved.i think i had an error uploading files with Ftp.thank you for the excellent support and excellent cms
