CMS VERSION 'PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY'

I would like to build a Web site with a CMS (Elxis 4.1) that will be suitable not only for normal people but also for disabled people (some blindness, deafness and etc). Does Elxis offers such opportunity and if not do you intend to embed it soon in your next edition 4.2??
The same scenario with mobile version in Elxis 4.1 (template) but a link for disability problems?? Otherwise any ideas to build such a Web site from other known CMS or technology??

Hi.
There are online tools that can help you with analyzing your site for accessibility issues.
Many elements must be considered to achieve what you need, but I doubt you will ever find a cms that is 100% compatible out of the box. The sites that must adhere to the accessibility standards are usually government websites. Those sites have likely custom built, or modified their cms to fit the rules of a specific country or region.
These rules are usually related to the way information is presented to screen readers, so as to facilitate navigation to relevant information.
You can find out more:
http://webaim.org/standards/508/checklist

Maybe you can find a specific missing feature and suggest it to be included in the next version of Elxis.

Thanks for reply. I just noticed an interesting book
http://books.google.com/books?id=dlJ94KZqwqcC&printsec=frontcover&dq=web+accessibility&hl=el&sa=X&ei=E5WMU5vWIKmI7Abs8YDwCQ&ved=0CCoQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=web%20accessibility&f=false
and it will give a lot of new ideas.
