Elxis 4.1 Installation
«

Congratulations on your new job!
I installed Elxis 4.1 Poseidon as you mentioned in Elxis.net, but when i go to the Administrator's area to enter the login nothing happens. The page remains always the same (no session started). As i saw it's a common question in the forum. Is there any solution to it or everyone has to try something on his own (ie Zonealarm etc as i do not use it).
Kind Regards

Do you use database sessions (the default setting) or file sessions? Do you get any error message? Any reply from Elxis? Any error message in your site error log?

It's a clean install from the beginning.
According to the instructions, i altered the configuration file match_browser to 0 and now i login to the administration area only with Mozilla Firefox. If i use Google Chrome or IE 11(i use rarely), but mostly i use Google Chrome i can not log in.
Is it a difference between Firefox (version 28) and Chrome (version 34)?
At home i use only Google Chrome and at work (Firefox & Chrome) and i would like to ask?
If i alter it again to 1, i enter to administration only with Mozilla Firefox and not with Google Chrome???
Maybe you do not like ... Google and Microsoft (it's a different point of view)
Kind Regards

Most probably a browser plugin causes you this problem. Disable all third party plugins in chrome and try to re-login.
PS: Yes, I don't like Google and Microsoft, I am a Mozilla fan
