JobBoard Module for 4.x

Has anyone thought of creating a job board module for Elxis? Something like (smartjobboard or Jamit software)?

Since we have IOSR (commercial), having IOSJ (for job listing) would also be a great feature, isn't it?

I hope datahell and Elxis team would release a module like this, I will surely buy a copy of it.
