Simple Image Gallery plugin deleted after php error, easy gallery doesn't work

Hi,
I had a php error on this elxis site, and I noticed it was the "Simple Image Gallery plugin". So I uninstalled it. (thought I could find it to re-install it.)
I could not find it under downloads and so I decided to update the site as it was elxis version 2009.1
The update to 2009.3 is working fine and the site is working, but the easy gallery does not show the thumbnails.

I don't remember why I had this Simple Image Gallery plugin installed, it has been a long time since I last saw this website, and now the Easy Gallery 1.7 does not show the thumbnails and it does not work even though it is enabled.

Any thoughts?

so looking into it, I needed to enter the full path including the "images/stories/"
I don't know why it was not there before, or if the Simple Image Gallery plugin worked without those subfolders in the path, but at least it works fine now.

There is no "Simple gallery" bot for Elxis 2009.x, the bot is "Easy gallery".
The bot requires to set the relative path from Elxis root folder to the images folder.

Example
{gallery}images/stories/cities/{/gallery}

Note: Upgrade to Elxis 4.x

just that I did uninstall this plugin that was called "Simple Image Gallery plugin". Don't remember how it got there, or why it was installed.
Anyway it's done now.

Yes I will be updating all the sites to 4.x and I have a few.
Looking forward working with Elxis as it has been a while. I got 7-8 active elxis websites and l hope the number grows
