IOSR Sort Order for Hotels & Images

Hello everybody.

Does anyone know if there is way I can modify the sort order (display order) for Hotels in IOSR? On the Locations page they are automatically listed newest listed at the top. What is the easiest way to change this?

Also, is there a simple way to sort the order of the images for each Hotel?
