Possible error on Elxis 4 Users Management

Hello Datahell
I'm facing this problem.
I've registered a user under Elxis4 - rev. 1364 freshly installed .
I want to change the user group of this registered user: I click on User, Member list come out, I select the username then I click on edit.
Account will be opened but all the personal data previously filled in during registration are lost and need to be manually reinsterted from scratch.
If I try to manually fill all the Item I can't fill the username. If I let username in blank state I can't save.

Please Datahell can you double check ?
