IOSReservations, reservation form question

I would like to edit the reservation form where the user have to fill in his/her personal details.

(Name, Surname, Adress, E-Mail)

Where can i find that?

I would like to remove one field and maybe add 2 fields (Street, Postcode)

It is the most important future i think that guests leave Adress, Postcode and City with the reservation!

How can i use more fields?

These fields can be seen when someone makes a reservation.
You have to open the php files to see them.
See components/com_reservations/fviews/booking.html.php
