Translation needed for Arthrology (module) new version (1.3)

Before publishing the brand new version , I would like to include more translation files than the already existing.

I would much appriciate, if anyone could help. I have attached the english language files for anyone interested.

Languages:
English -> Done
Greek -> Done
Italian  -> Done [Speck]
Russian -> Done [wbread]
Arabic -> Done [stepsdesigns]

NOTE: Please note that the release is scheduled for 31th January. Any translations should be submitted till 30th January.
