install mod-language

I removed mod-language from my cms,and now I coud not install it again.
what can I do?

Can you mention us what's the version of installed Elxis ?

I installed the 2009 version of elxis.

Ok.
1. Verify that there is no file at folder : /modules/ with the name : mod_language
2. Install the attached module.
