When you say divide the comments, what do you mean?
Do you have multiple eblogs?

It is not a problem to have 100 comments in a post displaying all together. Many blog applications work the same way. This is the nature of the blog. The only way to have a pagination there is via ajax. But you have to spent some time to built it and I dont know if it worth the effort as the system works fine right now.
