IOS eShop + Cu3er conflict

Has anyone noticed a conflict between IOS eShop + Cu3er module?
eshop frontpage (categories) doesn't show up, when Cu3er is published in the same page.

But it works correctly when looking into an eshop product!

Anyone?

If the module use Jquery, is a conflict with mootools. Jscript of the module must be patched.
If the module use mootools 1.3, not works with IosEshop. The module must be implemented with mootools 1.1

Cu3er Module doesn't use either jQuery or Mootools technologies.
